The first thing they love about OPP Open WiFi is the simplicity and clarity of the business model. The people love the idea of being paid in exchange for sharing data that they otherwise don’t use. Many commented on how expensive Smartphone contract and internet access is in their country. They expressed how excited they are that OPP can put money back in their pockets, give them more spending power, but more than that – how OPP Open WiFi is going to take away the barriers that prevent millions of people from gaining web access every day. They like that OPP Open WiFi gives them a choice outside of the usual internet providers in their country.
Many people commented on our team. They have great confidence in the ability of our team to deliver because we have been in the business for such a long time and indeed we have worked together for a very long time. They feel confident because we are not a start up – we are an established functioning business being driven by an experienced professional team.

Why is OPP Open WiFi a good ICO to invest in?
When we asked their opinions on OPP Open WiFi as an ICO to invest in the responses were very passionate.
The overriding response is that being paid for sharing data is such a strong idea that the business is destined for huge success. Many commented that they felt OPP Open WiFi will achieve mass adoption and introduce crypto to tens of millions of people. Some compared the speed with which the viral spread of OPP might occur as being the next Uber, Airbnb and even Facebook. Our community is telling us that there is a worldwide demand for our project.
Along with the demand for the OPP product our community commented on our overall business plan as described in our White Paper and Lite Paper. They commented that such a common sense approach to running a business is something not often seen in the complex world of ICO.

OPP Open WiFi – Economic Model
We expect to recycle 10% to 15% of the total circulated tokens annually. This will come from
payments received by OPP form advertisers, affiliate retail commission and other

costs and to pay Hotspot hosts and token earners.
This ensures that our tokens are always in circulation and are providing good utility.

Token distribution: ICO Vs Hotspot Hosts
OPP Open WiFi is set to be adopted on a mass scale. We intend to recruit 25 million Hotspot Hosts by the end of 2021. Our infrastructure is scaled to deal with upwards of 1 million downloads of our app each month.
Market research has taught us that we need to present the opportunity of becoming a Hotspot Host to 500 million Smartphone users in order to hit our target within our declared timescale.
Our biggest single expense in achieving this will be advertising and marketing. 50% of the funds raised will be used for this task.
How we protect the short term and long term value of the OPP Token.
We will make 3.4% of the tokens available for sale at ICO with the aim of raising $40m USD Hardcap ($4m Softcap).
96.6% of the tokens will be held in reserve and added to the system to reward Hotspot Hosts activity as they join us.
Lock In – All transactions will be handled by escrow smart contracts and transactions will be visible on blockchain. Our lock-in conditions allow ICO investors to sell a maximum of 25% of the tokens bought at ICO in any 90 day period. This is intended to prevent damaging “Pump and Dump” activity and maintain token price stability as the project matures.
Introducing OPP Tokens into the Eco system – managing supply and demand.
By the end of 2019 we intend to have achieved 1 million Hotspot Hosts and will have introduced to the eco-system approximately 370 tokens per host with which to reward their activity. (Activity describes all actions which are rewardable with OPP Tokens)
During 2020 we anticipate 1 million downloads per month and will reduce the number of tokens introduced per Hotspot Host to approx 190. The restricted supply will bolster the value of the token.
In 2021 we expect to maintain a level of 1,000,000 downloads per month. We will further restrict the supply of tokens added for Hotspot Host to approx 110 tokens each. Again, this is aimed at bolstering the value of the token.
No further tokens will be minted once 4.165 billion are in circulation. We anticipate that downloads of our app will continue and that the number of Hotspot Hosts may continue to grow. This will cause a sharp increase in demand for the token and therefore a corresponding adjustment to the value.
Projected long term value of OPP Token and revenue generation for OPP Open WiFi.
We will always pay an amount that contributes or covers the Hotspot Hosts Smartphone bills and other internet costs. As the value of the token increases the number of tokens used for rewarding individual will adjust to keep this balance.
In the Eco System diagram above, you can see how the Eco- System circulates the OPP Token. We pay the Hosts each month and encourage them to spend it! The flow of currency creates leverage.
As the Hosts spend the tokens each day OPP will benefit from revenue in the form of transactional commissions. These commissions are very small, but the massive volume of transactions makes them extremely valuable. Once accumulated over a 12 month period, we project that OPP will retain 8% - 15% of the total token supply and approximately 500 million tokens. Rather like a reserve bank this becomes the float with which OPP continues to rewards Hotspot Hosts on a perpetual basis.
When the project matures to this stage our projections show a token value ranging from $20 - $-40
Long term revenue sources for OPP Open WiFi.
Affiliate Marketing Commissions - Our dashboard will feature links to numerous online retailers. Our dashboard will exchange OPP Tokens and allow our community to shop on these sites. OPP will benefit from an affiliate partners commission ranging from 5% - 20% of all purchases made. This commission is paid by the retailer. This will generate significant fiat revenue for OPP.
Advertising Revenue - Each Hotspot host will select the number and frequency of advertising messages they wish to receive. These messages will take the form of “push notifications”. Hotspot users will also see advertising messages as they log on the hotspot.
Advertisers will be billed for each push notification that they send and for each banner advert that is shown to hotspot users. This will generate significant fiat revenues.
Financial Targets - Our business model projects an income to OPP Open WiFi from Affiliate Marketing partners and advertisers of $20 USD per Hotspot Host per annum. Based upon advertising rates and the affiliate commission rate currently available this is a conservative figure.
This revenue will be used to cover operating costs of OPP Open WIFi, and when market conditions allow, will enable our in-house traders to take advantage of momentary dips in OPP token price to buy them back . This will have 2 effects. It will top up our OPP Token reserve; it will bolster the value of the OPP Token.
